Design: Call and book your free stratagy session.  We will discuss your project and identify what elements you need to create a yard that truly reflects your personnel style.

 

Site Visit: We come to your yard , do a site walk and start to create a design for you.  There is a flat rate charge of $120.00 for the site visit.
 

Rough Sketch, Plan and Pricing: We meet to review a rough sketch of our ideas and to finalize any additional details.

 

Acceptance of a Design Plan: At this point, we contract to work together on your yard.  Design costs for your design plan and plant list are due now.

 

Installation: We provide ful service installation and would be happy to provide a comprehensive quote for this phase of your project.  We partner with reliable builders, stonemasons and artisans and provide project coordination to ensure all elements of your design are completed on time and on budget.

 

Yard Maintenance: We also can schedule our maintenance crew to visit your yard on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis to ensure your new landscape design stays looking its best.  We also do seasonal irrigation maintenance if required
